sgml-lib not referenced in documentation

I just spent 4 hours getting validator installed and running on RHEL  
5.  No real problems, the documentation is great.  However, nowhere  
does it mention the sgml-lib folder.  I only found out about it  
through the errors I kept getting.

I eventually figured it out with google: http://developer.apple.com/internet/opensource/validator.html

Easy, just another tarball to download.  But this really should be  
somewhere in the W3C documentation, don't you think?
