Implementation of messageid

Hi!

Do you plan to implement “messageid” for the child elements for errors and
warnings (of the SOAP1.2 validation response)?

The Delphi interface for the Markup Validator Web Service we published was
well received, but many users complaint that the messages were in English.
This issue could be avoided if the messageid was informed and a list of the
messages was provided for translation.
