Problems with CJ tracker brakes my validation

I have put allot of effort to make my site (http://www.rentalio.com/)
XHTML 1.0 Transitional valid and after adding CJ.com affiliate link
with tracking pixel it brakes my validation.
Error         Line 434 column 96:
required attribute "alt" not specified....GED" width="1" height="1" border="0"/>

CJ instructions are clear: "Copy and paste the following HTML code
into your web pages.
You must include all the above html in your links. Any missing html,
including the image source, will prevent the link from tracking
properly and result in a loss of commissions."

May I add alt text to tracking pixel I hope they do not do any
checksum of the code.

Please advise.
