Perhaps Sierk Bornemann runs an older Windows system (2000 and below).
On Windows 2000, Internet Explorer 6 won't display but downloads
http://www.unics.uni-hannover.de/nhtcapri/temp/ignore-content-type.x.html

However on Windows XP/2003 and above, Internet Explorer 6/7 displays
the page.
