This patch is a good start, but as I commented in
it has a number of issues. At least:
* it adds UI options - I don't think it's a good idea
* the options are only text/html and application/xhtml+xml, which is  
way too limited

Anyone should, however, feel free to take the idea and make it into  
something usable.
