It has its own copy below http://validator.w3.org/sgml-lib/
with date 2001-06-06

Unrelated, I can't access http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/
to compare the dates.  The usability of sites allowing a
directory view everywhere is generally *_much_* better than
of sites insisting on their own navigation.
