I have just attempted to validate one of my webpages and
got the following:

Warning Line 22, column 1886: cannot generate system identifier for
general entity "PHPSESSID" .

...gi-bin/add.cgi?responders[]=popuptip&PHPSESSID=455789578a51a45efb42ec439cda1f

The letter P in PHP is emphasized.

What does it mean and how can I fix that? Thanks.
