Validating http://www.bensonstheguesthouse.co.uk/
Error [68]: "end tag for X omitted, but its declaration does not permit this"

The line in question was

"All the warmth and friendliness of a

The error message points at and states no end tag for I (but it is there behind it)

There is then a second error message which points at and states end tag for "I" but "I" not open.

The validator seems to expect the to precede the tag but there is no logical reason why it should - the italics would not necessarily end at the same place in the text as the bold does.
