In "http://validator.w3.org/file-upload.html", "iso-8859-3 (Southern
Europe)" is in the list of available encodings. But if i select it,
the return of the validator is :

File:	p1.htm
Modified:	(undefined)
Server:	Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; fr; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5
Size:	(undefined)
Content-Type:	text/html
Encoding:	iso-8859-3
Doctype:

A fatal error occurred when attempting to transcode the character
encoding of the document. Either we do not support this character
encoding ("iso-8859-3") yet, or you have specified a non-existent
character encoding (often a misspelling).

The error was: "".
