Using the "Show Source" option in the interface at
http://validator.w3.org/detailed.html
you can check that the document does contain the offending markup (where 
the error is of course the use of </br> instead of <br>).

On line 66, there is the comment
<!--webbot bot="Include" U-Include="../_private/home_idx.html" TAG="BODY" 
startspan -->
which suggests that the subsequent lines have been created by your 
authoring software through the insertion of a file.
