Hi,

I've been working on a project to create a stand-alone Mac OS X
version of the Validator, called Validatelet. Maybe this would be of
interest (or at least amusement) to this list:

http://habilis.net/validatelet/

Validatelet is a fairly straight port of the Validator. Basically its
the Validator (and supporting utilities and modules) wrapped inside a
thin Application shell which simulates CGI calls. However, since its
a local application, it can directly validate local files, and access
private web servers.

Validatelet is still a work in progress, but the basic functionality
works. I'd be happy to hear any comments, suggestions or bug reports.

Cheers - Chuck
