[VE][65] Error Message Feedback

Validating http://naramiennik.szczecindabie.zhp.pl/sklad.html
Error [65]: "document type does not allow element X here; missing one of Y start-tag"

There is another case for this error. If you write a code like that:
<p><div>sometext</div> another text</p>
validator will return the same error as for:
<span><table> table code </table></span>
