I suggest you start by calming down rather then assuming that the
validator is wrong and getting angry over it. The validator is a free
service and no software can be expected to be bug free (except perhaps
for Hello, World!). 

This issue, however, is not a bug. It is a limitation of your
understanding of HTML, and is covered in the FAQ:
