For the validator to be able to access files to which there is no
public http interface the file must be uploaded. There is, as far as I
know, no way to encode a file upload in a GET URI. So you have no way
to get the file to the validator from a link. Therefore what you want
is not possible.

BTW: Please try to use smarted subject lines. "Validator problem" does
little to distinguish your thread from the 99% of other threads sent
to this mailing list which deal with problems (perceived and real)
with the validator.
