[Important] Internet Explorer text/plain upload bug fixed by latest updates

Good news regarding the upload issue with the
validator and IE on winXP SP2 as described in
http://www.w3.org/QA/2005/01/Validator-IE_WinXP_SP2.html and
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=838

I received a message from a contact at Microsoft today, stating that
the recent security updates for Windows XP should fix the issue.
