[VE][163] Error Message Feedback

Ok, so I managed to bring the error messages down to just one.
And those lines I copied straight from the w3c pages. The error is given to
be in the double quotes in the end of the doctype reference.
I have no idea what the fault is there.
Any explanation would be appreciated.
