The W3C Markup validator does not have this feature.
The WDG HTML Validator does:
	http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/

If you have access to your server's logs, an alternative is the Log 
Validator software, which can validate all the documents accessed in a 
given period, give you the list of the n most popular documents that 
need validation, etc.
