I'm not clear what you are trying to say. Do you believe that <tt>
elements are not allowed inside <b>, <td>, <tr> or <table> elements?
If so, what leads you to believe this (as, being inline, they are
allowed practically anywhere inside the <body> of an HTML 4.01
Transitional document)?
