On the website http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/present/styles.html#default-style you say that: Documents that include elements that set the style <http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/present/styles.html#adef-style> attribute but which don't define a default style sheet language are incorrect. My document DID NOT define a default style sheet language passed bothe tests for being valid HTML and CSS using w3 validators! This is strange that you say it is incorrect, but your validator is not checking for that... Greetings, Jan Wyta.
