Server-generated code

I have my website hosted through Yahoo!, and their server generates 
extra HTML coding that I cannot see to edit.  When I put each address 
into the Validator, it comes up with the same 10 errors on every page 
(all in Yahoo's code), so it comes back that the pages are not valid 
HTML 4.0 Transitional.  Is there anything that can be done about this?
