[VE][25] Error Message Feedback

When i run the html validator on my web page, it shows Java script errors on lines that appear to be below the closing html tage on the page. Therefore, when i view the page in html format, i can't even see this java script that the validator program says is there. Have you ever seen this, and how can i remove it? Thanks for any help you can provide.
