validator bug report

hi validator team

maybe there is a bug inside your validator. a table in a paragraph seems to 
be not correct, like in
<p><table><tr><td></td></tr></table></p>
your validator says that the closing </p> wasn't open ???

i'll send you a short example as attachment, so you have something to start 
looking what is going on. if you need another example, you can visit 
http://www.biosophie-berlin.de/naturkosmetik.html, the page i designed when 
i noticed the bug.

if you do something with this report, please send me a short notice.
