Yes, Internet Explorer (XP SP2) as discussed in the archives of this mailing list. The short answer is that IE is rubbish and you should visit <http://www.getfirefox.com/> to get a decent browser for your pretty much everything except Windows Update and making sure your site renders reasonably in browsers other then Firefox.
