Tomlinson Mike

I dont know but i could be wrong, but i have a bad feeling at the mike tomlinson post, 
mainly because his website didn't work

so i didn't post directly to his email box incase he is a real person.

the body tag no longer hands the background attribute. the css does.

and what are you developing your page in? xhtml strict or transitional or html 4.01
