[VE][73] New Error Message Suggestion

I'd suggest that this text is added just before the sentence "Hence the parent element is not finished....":

"For example, the <head> element requires a <title> element to be complete."

This is a very common cause of this error, and yet took me a while to work out with the error message as it currently stands.
