[VE][65] New Error Message Suggestion

First, I'm sending you my congrats for the validator. Nice job you've 
done there.
Next, I've noticed a little mistake in error msg #65, as quoted.

"The mentioned element is not allowed to appear in the context in which 
you've placed it; the other mentioned elements are the only ones that 
are both allowed there /and/ can contain the element *menetioned*"
