Flash isn't an SGML or XML based markup language and thus validating it
is beyond the scope of the Markup Validator.

If you mean "How do you write standards conferment HTML to include
Flash?" then see http://www.alistapart.com/articles/flashsatay/ - making
it valid HTML should just be a matter of zapping the "/" from the end of
the self-closing tags.
