After one server error (line too long ;-) I got this
weird validation result URL, and it is "OK":

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.research.att.com%2Fcgi-bin%2Faccess.cgi%2Fas%2Fnjas%2Fsequences%2Fshowtabl.cgi%3FA%3DA068716%26format%3D4%26height%3D1%26seq%3D%2C0%2C1%2C0%2C0%2C1%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C1%2C

The input address (131 characters) was:

http://www.research.att.com/cgi-bin/access.cgi/as/njas/sequences/showtabl.cgi?A=A068716&format=4&height=1&seq=,0,1,0,0,1,0,0,0,0,1,

Bye, Frank
