CSS validity

Greetings,

I'm sending this message due to getting accessibility validation errors 
with CSE Validator and true enough, the icon validity could be performed 
more suitably (as the Xhtml 1.0 has been done).

The two validity signs at my site (http://www.lomaosake.fi) are

<a href="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/"><img

src="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/images/vcss" alt="Valid CSS!" /></a>

The latter one causes accessibility validation errors since unlike the 
first one, the image dimensions have been assigned with a style rule.

Thus my question is, what to do about it? If I change the image code 
(simple enough) the image with the assorted text won't be 
original/authentic, if I don't I'll get validation errors.

Does anyone have a ready answer to this?
