[VE][68] Error Message Feedback

This web page should validate.  I corrected the page, but the validator
does not accept the change.
 
The error came from an included page:  
www.afterhourcomputing.com/include/ahcfooterv2.shtm.  This included page
was corrected, and validated with no errors.  However, when attempting a
"fresh" re-validation on the main pages, there remains the error.
