Please Help with the following www.home-and-away-protection.com errors:

Below are the results of attempting to parse this document with an SGML parser. 

  1.. Line 22, column 22: value of attribute "NAME" must be a single token

  <meta name="dc.subject content="surveillance">


  2.. Line 22, column 30: character "=" is not allowed in the value of attribute "NAME"

  <meta name="dc.subject content="surveillance">


  3.. Line 22, column 44: an attribute value literal can occur in an attribute specification list only after a VI delimiter

  <meta name="dc.subject content="surveillance">

  Have you forgotten the "equal" sign marking the separation between the attribute and its declared value? Typical syntax is attribute="value".
