Stylesheet for beta validator

The floating Help Wanted boxes cause a nasty effect when one Help Wanted
box floats up beside another (and then another floats up beside it and
so on).

This could be resolved by adding:

li { clear: both; }

to the style sheet. This makes it much more readable.

Given the change is so small, I suggest rolling it out ASAP so that
testers of the new beta 2 can benefit from it.
