True.  And pc-multilingual-850+euro (aka ibm00858), that
should cover simple translations of PC / BBS content to
XHTML.  OTOH, which browsers except from Lynx can handle
these encodings ?  There are a lot of old box characters
(the ACSC stuff in curses).
