Validating the "Validation Results" page gives error messages

I used the W3C Validation Service to check a certain webpage and then let the validator check its own results page (by pressing ctrl-alt-v in the Opera browser); this resulted in the following messages:

This page is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict!

Below are the results of attempting to parse this document with an SGML parser.
