[PATCH] configurable template path

Hi,

Quick patch so that the template path is now configured from within
validator.conf rather than hardcoded, although as with several other
things it defaults to a hardcoded value.

I've given it a quick test and all seems fine although it could
obviously do with a bit more checking to make sure the path makes
sense.
