Depends on your security line. The W3C MarkUp Validator is able to act
as HTTP Authentication proxy, i.e., if your security line is HTTP
Authentication you can use the W3C MarkUp Validator. If there is some
kind of firewall that blocks access from outside you need to install
some tool behind your security line, you could e.g. install the W3C
MarkUp Validator on some local server or workstation.
