Broken link to error explanation

Just another minor quibble. When the validator reports the error 
'document type does not allow element "[GI]" here (explain...)', the 
link does not point to any part of the error explanation page, thus 
the user is left dangling at the top of quite a large document!

The fragment identifier in question is: "not-allowed-contained".
Probably it should be: "not-allowed".
