How is it possible that an official user's guide to ISO-HTML doesn't validate? Try <http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cs.tcd.ie%2F15445%2FUG.html> (<http://www.cs.tcd.ie/15445/UG.html>) The answer is of course that it *does* validate, but the W3C validator uses the old and first DTD — the one, which doesn't incorporate the TC1.
