Just a small point

I've noticed that if you validate a page which has invalid characters,
the validator produces a Validation Results page which itself contains
invalid markup!
 
It will list the source of the original offending page at the bottom of
the Validation Results page, and certain offending characters seem not
to be properly handled.
 
In my example....
 
Original content:
 
‘How to’ courses in health
 
Validator output:
 
‘How to’ courses in health
 

As I say, it is only a minor point, but I thought it was worth
raising...
