broken links into validator

There are a number of websites who have linked into you with the
recomended url of http://validator.w3.org/check/referer. This URL
however, no longer works, it results in http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=
which errors out. Y'all might want to fix this, or at least stop
recomending that url in the successfull validation report. ;)
