checklink

Had trouble running 'checklink.pl --help' on my Red Hat 8 system.

Got "Can't locate Config/General.pm in @INC (@INC contains 
'big-list-of-stuff') at ./checklink.pl line 70.  BEGIN failed--compilation 
aborted at ./checklink.pl line 70"

Finally figured out I needed the perl module (distribution?) 
Config-General-2.20 which was found at CPAN site as tar.gz

Next had to create a file /etc/w3c/checklink.conf
Didn't put anything in the file, just made the directory then did "touch 
/etc/w3c/checklink.conf" as root

Checklink runs now and I'm very grateful.

Hope this message helps others who might have same troubles.
