There are a couple of pre-packaged choices depending on your OS:
Red Hat Linux 8.0 packages: <http://cachalot.ods.org/>
Debian GNU/Linux packages: <http://www.mathgen.ch/debian/>

And the generic source code w/installation instructions for other
platforms is at <http://validator.w3.org/source/>
