diferent validation results

Hi,
first sorry  for my english

I have a question. I have validated my personal homepage: 
http://mujweb.cz/www/kavalec/kavalec.html and have got two different 
results.
When I have uploaded a local file, the result was xhtml-transitional, 
otherwise when I used the link for validation I got xhtml1.0 Strict. 
Why?  Meight be a bug in the validator?
