W3C Validator Install

Validator Team -

Has anyone attempted and succeeded in setting up the Validator in a 
Windows environment?  Your website has a last update date of 2002/11/29 
and as of then I didn't see any references to a windows based install.

We need to setup the validator behind our firewall and would like to do it 
in Windows, but aren't sure if it's possible.

Any documentation you have would be greatly appreciated.
