When I visit <http://www.slugvelo.org/index.html>, I get redirected to 
<http://www.gandi.net/error.html>, which is missing a DOCTYPE and reads

   The site you have requested doesn't exist.
   
   The associated domain name has probably been reserved by a client from
   GANDI then parked.
