The new beta Validator (v0.6.5 Beta #1) fails to validate pages with 
the DTD:

   <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1 plus MathML 2.0//EN"
       "http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/dtd/xhtml-math11-f.dtd" >

throwing the error:

   Fatal Error: cannot find "UPD-MathML2-20020620/xhtml-math11-f.dtd"; 
tried

Evidently, some files aren't where they are supposed to be. The current 
Validator has no problem.
