Busted link on source download

Heyas,

Just a quickie from a non-subscriber who's not sure if this is the place 
but...from http://validator.w3.org/source/ the link to download URI from 
CPAN is pointing to a page for Text-Iconv.  I'm guessing it should be 
http://search.cpan.org/author/GAAS/URI-1.24/ or something.
