XHTML 1.1 support

Hi,

Thanks for your work on the validator. Its a very useful tool. I noticed
you've recently added XHTML 1.1 support to the validator (according to
the change log), but I notice I can't select XHTML 1.1 as a doctype from
the drop-down list on http://validator.w3.org/. Am I missing something?
