Is it just me or do none of the alternatives work right in Internet Explorer 6?

application/xhtml+xml - tries to download

application/xml and text/xml just say:

Parameter entity must be defined before it is used. Error processing resource
'http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd'. Line 85, Position 2

%xhtml-prefw-redecl.mod;
-^

Maybe it's my problem, but that sure looks like it's pointing to a w3 doc.
