Thank you for working on the validation pointed to by the URL generated
by the validation server:

    <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check/referer"><img border="0"
         src="http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-html40"
         alt="Valid HTML 4.0!" height="31" width="88"></a>

There is however a slight problem, when using that link it always
validates as transitional even if the DTD specifies strict. Note the
link generated for a specific URL does validate against the correct URL.
Example:

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fhome.earthlink.net%2F%7Ereetnem%2FThoughts%2FGrassCare.
